Once inside, another flight of 10–15 steps leads you to the living and dining hub. This split-level configuration not only accentuates the mountain perch, but also ensures quiet separation between public and private spaces. For guests with mobility considerations, please be aware of these steps and plan accordingly. The gravel drive and mountain setting also mean AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended for smooth access, especially for those unfamiliar with mountain travel.

After a day of exploration, let your pup rest while you unwind in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Please note: Only dogs are permitted (no other pets), and an additional pet fee applies. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • To get to the front door of this home you must walk down approximately 15 steps. Once you enter the home, there are another 10-15 steps to get to the living & dining area.
  • The owners of this home use 1 exterior security camera to ensure their home remains safe. It is mounted on the side of the house on the back deck facing the view.

Parking Information

  • The road leading to this home is gravel, and there is enough parking for 3-4 medium size vehicles. Free parking is available on site.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events or parties allowed at any time. No gatherings above the posted occupancy of 6 guests.
  • Children are allowed.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • AWD/4WD is strongly recommended year round for this cabin.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Please note, this home goes on a winter block from January 1st through March 31st.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • The property includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, high-speed internet, climate control, and hot tub.
